By TECO Streetcar System:

The TECO Streetcar System is an electric streetcar which connects Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and Channel district.   TECO Streetcar has 11 stations with services ranging from every 15 to every 30 minutes.  Look for the TECO Streetcar map and fares on the TECO Streetcar Website.
